The terms that apply when you shop with us. All sales are final, please read before ordering.
These terms govern your use of heavenlydivinecandle.com and any order you place with Heavenly Divine Candle LLC. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Please read the section on final sales and the candle safety section carefully.
Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice, though a change will never affect an order we have already accepted.
We may refuse or cancel an order, including after confirmation, if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
Because everything is poured to order, we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed. Email [email protected] immediately and we will help if the batch has not been started.

Please read before ordering
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, for a scent that is not to your taste, or for an order placed in error.
Fragrance is personal and reacts differently in every home. If you are not sure about a scent, we would rather you email us first than be disappointed, we are happy to describe how a blend behaves in a room.
This does not affect your rights where an order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered. In those cases email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and the outer packaging, and we will replace the item or refund it. Keep the packaging until we reply.
Shipping
Processing takes 1–2 business days and delivery takes a further 3–5 business days. Shipping is $6.95 on orders under $100 and free on orders of $100 or more. Full detail is in the shipping policy, which forms part of these terms.
Candle safety and your responsibility
A burning candle is an open flame. By purchasing from us you accept responsibility for using our products safely and in line with the warnings on the label and the candle care guide. In particular:
- Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from children and pets.
- Burn on a heat-resistant, level surface, away from anything that can catch fire.
- Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before every burn, and never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Stop burning when about 1/2 inch of wax remains.
- Sprays are for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
We are not liable for injury, loss or property damage caused by misuse of our products or failure to follow these instructions.
Product descriptions and colour
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Because everything is made by hand in small batches, slight variation in colour, wax surface and fill level is normal and is not a defect. Screens also render colour differently.
Intellectual property
The Heavenly Divine name, logo, artwork, product photography and site content are our property and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
